Two Year Limited Warranty

All of our products are covered by our Two Year Limited Warranty. If your eyewear develop a material or craftmanship flaw within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair/replace it for you. The Warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not extend to third parties.

 Our Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches or marks on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage; lost or stolen items;

Warranty Claim Instructions

To start a warranty claim, you can contact us at support@monoframeseyewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
